It is an honor to serve the residents of Minnesota, California, Arizona, and Nevada. I am a 20-year member of the Arizona and Minnesota healthcare communities. For the last 10 years, I have practiced psychiatry in a busy multi-disciplinary community mental health center.  I am also a devoted academic in higher education. I am dual certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, adult-gero general nurse practitioner, and a certified pain nurse. My extensive experience has given me the skills to be competent in managing all severities of mental health disorders, including co-occurring substance use disorders.  While exercise, adequate sleep, and nutrition are fundamental to health and well-being, many individuals benefit from regular therapy and mental health-related medications.  I believe in building a trusting relationship, and together we will walk the journey to create a healthy mind and harmonious spirit.
